About Us
Founded by visionary regenerative developer Jasmine Anwuli Michaels, OASES operates at the intersection of regenerative development, systems strategy, adaptive reuse, integrative wellness, and community-centered design. Our work is rooted in the belief that humanity’s relationship with place is circular: the environments we create shape our collective wellbeing, and our choices within the built environment shape the ecosystems around us. We thrive at the intersection between purpose and place, elevating spaces that support the circulation of vitality, opportunity, economic life, and human connection within communities.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
Inner Oasis.
Outer Sanctuarii.™
At OASES, we understand that meaningful transformation extends beyond development alone. The ways spaces are designed, activated, and experienced directly influence how people gather, heal, create, connect, and relate to both themselves and one another. Through the creation of Sanctuarii™, our work seeks to restore relationship — between people and place, prosperity and wellbeing, development and ecology, individual transformation and collective flourishing.
