Senyo Ador, CEO and Co-Founder of Sesenergi Eco Solutions, is a seasoned energy professional with 14 years of experience in the United States and Global markets. In that time he has worked closely with reputable international development firms in promoting power projects in Sub Saharan Africa. He currently manages relationships with the World Bank, International Monetary Fund, US AID, United States Export-Import Bank, the African Development Bank and has supported the development of nearly half a billion USD in power projects. His expertise extends to transaction advisory for early to medium stage projects or business start ups in the energy sector. Winch Energy, General Electric (GE), Burns & McDonald, and the Ministry of Power and Ministry of Finance in various ECOWAS Countries are just a few of the partners he has worked with over the years. Leveraging his vast background in energy solution design, Senyo brings fresh design perspectives to Sesenergi Eco Solutions in support of a suite of end to end solar, geothermal and hybrid systems for the residential and commercial-industrial markets.

Farji Shaheer is a dedicated healthcare professional with over 20 years of service at Hennepin County Medical Center (HCMC) in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He has shown a deep commitment to healthcare and mental health crisis support, particularly during his 15 years in Acute Psychiatric Services. Farji's significant contributions extend to his role in developing a hospital-based violence intervention program, which helped countless victims and survivors of violence in Minneapolis. His leadership led to a commendation from Mayor Jacob Frey and the City of Minneapolis.Beyond his healthcare work, Farji is a well-respected community leader, collaborating with non-profit organizations in the Twin Cities. He has recently founded Innovative Soulutions, a non-profit dedicated to promoting equity, inclusion, and diversity.Farji Shaheer's dynamic and visionary approach, coupled with his unwavering dedication, makes him an invaluable asset to every organization he's a part of. His remarkable achievements have garnered recognition, including a feature in the StarTribune, the largest newspaper in the Twin Cities.

Co-Founder of Inner Immersion, Jose Hernandez is a transformational leader who changes lives through mindfulness and art. After a near-death experience and a long, difficult physical recovery, Jose' s life path as an engineer changed dramatically. After 4 years of counseling, Jose, with no formal training in art, began creating transformational, ascension art as a meditative tool. He invited others to share his experience, as a connection with true self and love, without words or dogma - and Inner Immersion was born. Jose’s experience and work is featured in the Netflix Docuseries, Surviving Death. Jose is a member of the Association of Transformational Leaders and is a member of the Advisory Council of Fundación Elisabeth Kübler-Ross México Centro.
